CHARITY FUNDRAISING TO INDIA
June 2014
My friends and I are just a small group of Sunway ADTP students, not supported by any organizations, nevertheless, volunteer to organize fund-raising projects to help underprivileged communities. We named ourself JCharity. All fund raised was directly brought by us to India through flight, and our projects were executed in Belukurichi, South India. However small that effort might be, we believe someone will still benefit from our help. We have done 2 projects in the rural areas, benefiting the orphanage, students and community.

HARVARD ASIA LEADERSHIP TREK
August 2014
Contributed to this conference and camp event as a member of the Organising Committee. Was able to learn much first-hand experiences sharing through fellows from Harvard University, Standford University, Tuft, etc. Many of them still keep in touch with some of us nowadays and continue to be a lifetime inspiration to many of us who attended the event.

SIUC -Â THE BIG EVENT
March 2017
I was volunteering as the international student ambassador to promote SIU first launching of "The Big Event", then followed by working as the student site leader for our location at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, from 9 AM to 12 PM. All student volunteers at this site focused on making mats for homeless people. We fully utilized plastic bags and used them to knit into waterproof and low-cost blankets.
